• What methods of payment do BigCamo accept?

  Direct payment through a UK bank account is only accepted by BigCamo. This fee includes monthly effective service charge (one month per calendar month if you are actively using tags on toll roads, but up to a maximum of €10 per year), tolls, annual account management fee, once a year, €8 + local taxes.

• What's BigCamo warranty policy?

  If an item is found to be defective, please notify BigCamo within 15 days of purchase and they will arrange for a replacement or refund after the item has been inspected in their location or by the original manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. The products they sell are indestructible and subject to wear and tear by normal users and are not considered "defective" for replacement purposes.

• What is BigCamo’s stock position of all "out of stock" items?

  Instead of picking up the phone and ordering more stuff, most of BigCamo’s products are made in limited quantities or used only once or twice a year.   BigCamo no longer prints paper catalogs. Catalogues are never updated because their inventory changes so quickly. They are also very expensive, so they spend their money on more things and try to keep prices down. They also update their website daily to reflect accurate inventory.
