• Does JAX Cooking Studio offer gift certificates?

  JAX Cooking Studio believes that customers can buy gift certificates online on the company's official website, or you can buy physical cards in brick-and-mortar stores. Select your class to proceed to the checkout page and enter the gift certificate number in the pink field at the top of the page to use the gift certificate. The company's gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire.

• How long does JAX Cooking Studio's program last and what does it include?

  JAX Cooking Studio's classes usually last 2.5 hours. The company offers recipe ingredients and chef guidance as well as hands-on cooking experiences, apron use and free wine and take-home copies of recipes. The company sets up and cleans up and you show up and have fun! Come hungry because you will eat what you prepare at their communal table!

• Who do JAX Cooking Studio think I'm going to cook with?

  You and your guests will work at one of their nine cooking stations to prepare your meal together if you purchase 2 or 3 tickets. JAX Cooking Studio thinks you will be working at the station with another person to prepare the meal if you purchased an adult single ticket. You will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to cook with others who have registered independently during registration.

• Can I reschedule or cancel JAX Cooking Studio's class?

  Please notify the company as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course for which you are registered. JAX Cooking Studio will refund the full course price less any credit card processing fees the company incurs if you notify the company at least 7 days before the course date. The company will issue credits for courses for the next year if you notify the company at least 5 days in advance.
