• Why are only half of StudioBinder's scripts available, I've already upgraded?

  StudioBinder thinks you've just upgraded your account to a premium plan and are ready to start breaking down scripts and creating shoot plans, but only half the scripts are available. The free plan only syncs 50% of your scripts into your project so you can see how these features work. In order for your full script to be available, you will need to reimport or resync the script to the project after your account is upgraded.

• Why doesn't StudioBinder's weather show up?

  The weather automatically populates based on your first shooting location. This may result in the weather not being included if you copied and pasted the shooting location. StudioBinder thinks the best practice is to manually type the address and select it from the drop down list. But it does not match other forecasts and this may be due to the shooting day if there is a lot of weather. Try one of the other call form templates if you have a call form ready but don't like the look of it.

• What does the free version of StudioBinder include?

  You can add unlimited contacts whether you are on the free or premium plan. You are limited to one free item when you subscribe to the free plan. StudioBinder thinks it needs to make room for it by deleting the previous project if a new project is to be created. Or you can unlock other items by subscribing to the company's premium plan.

• Does StudioBinder allow me to unsubscribe?

  Certainly. StudioBinder believes you can easily downgrade your membership at any time after upgrading to a premium plan. If your team completes a client project and you don't plan to use the product until your next opportunity just cancel your account back to the free plan. Note that emember that downgrading will not deactivate your account.
