• What are the check-in/check-out times for Tidewatch Vacations?

  The check in begins at the 4:00 pm. The listing cannot be checked in before 4:00 pm unless you purchased the early check-in option when booking. Check-out time is the 10:00 am on the day of departure. Tidewatch Vacations recommends that you put the key back in the lockbox when you leave.

• What is Tidewatch Vacations a convenience card?

  Tidewatch Vacations's convenience cards are only associated with rentals on Fripp Island. You must have an Amenity Card to use the pool, restaurant and golf, tennis or fitness center. You will not be able to use Fripp Island Amenities if the hotel does not provide an amenities card. Anyone over the age of 12 must have a Convenience Card. Remember that if the hotel does not accept the Amenity Card, it cannot be purchased separately upon your arrival.

• Can Tidewatch Vacations allow me to bring a golf cart?

  Golf cart regulations vary by the community. Harbor Island does not allow renters to bring golf carts to the island, golf carts are only allowed if included in the rent. Tidewatch Vacations allows guests to bring golf carts, but must first be registered and inspected. Contact the company's shop before bringing your personal golf cart.

• Where do I get the keys to Tidewatch Vacations?

  Keys are located in a lockbox outside each rental property. Tidewatch Vacations's customer will receive a hotel-specific check-in package by email 7 days prior to arrival. This packet contains the lockbox code, parking instructions, Wi-Fi login and other information about the property. All of their vacation rentals require a Damage Protection Plan and are non-refundable. They protect both the tenant and the homeowner should any accidental damage occur during the tenancy.
