When a member parks, the license plate recognition software automatically matches your vehicle with your account. Payment will be done automatically using your saved credit card information. A camera mounted on the back of your car scans your license plate and detects the plate number within seconds. Remember this only works if your view of the plate is clean and unobstructed. Large license plate frames may cover part of some characters, which may turn a "B" into an "R" or an "E" into an "F". It may be difficult to detect individual characters if parts of the license plate are scratched or faded. The company won't have a problem cleaning your car but the company's cameras are less likely to read your license plate.
The company cannot accept the vehicles due to reasons such as rusted or aged aftermarket parts. Please speak with a member of the on-site team before entering the wash if you have any questions about your vehicle. The company's vacuum cleaners and cushion washing machines are available to guests during normal business hours. Ask one of the company's team members for help if you can't find the gasket. Your TommyClub membership is valid at any Tommy's Express. The company continues to add more locations every month.
