• What is the cancellation policy of Wahoo Ziplines?

  If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund from Wahoo Ziplines. If you need to cancel 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled tour time, they will process an 80% refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are not accepted and if you do not show and you do not call, then you will not get a refund from Wahoo Ziplines.

• What is the reschedule policy of Wahoo Ziplines?

  If you need to reschedule your tour, please call their office as soon as possible at Wahoo Ziplines. The first rescheduling of your time is free, but must be done by 7pm the day before and is subject to availability. For all other reservation changes, a $5/participant fee will be charged.

• What is the weather policy of Wahoo Ziplines?

  Mountain weather can be unpredictable, but they do work in rain, snow or sunny days. Tours are rarely cancelled due to inclement weather, so please dress appropriately. Wahoo Ziplines will not cancel tours due to cold or light rain, but they reserve the right to postpone (or suspend) the tour for up to one hour to wait for the inclement weather to end and then resume the zipline tour.

• Do we need to book in advance at Wahoo Ziplines?

  Reservations are required to ensure opening at the desired tour time at Wahoo Ziplines. They will do their best to accommodate walk-ins, but there is no guarantee that there will be vacancies. During peak season, it is recommended to book at least 5 days in advance to ensure you book at your preferred time. It is very important to be 45 minutes in advance of your scheduled tour time. During this time, you will need to check in, put your valuables in the car, and be prepared to receive instructions and information about the zipline.
