• How do I set up auto-refill at Wellevate?

  You are able to set up auto-refill at the time of purchase at Wellevate. If you already have an existing auto-refill order, you can add a new item by clicking on the product image and selecting the Add to Auto-refill button.

• Does Wellevate provide recommendations?

  Every time your doctor sends you a new referral, you will receive an email with a link to that referral at Wellevate. This recommendation will also appear in the "Your Latest Recommendations" tile when you log into your account. To view the advice, log into your account and select the "View Practitioner Instructions" link. You can add individual goods to your shopping cart by clicking the "+ Add to Cart" icon, or you can add everything at once by clicking the "Add All to Cart and Checkout" button. To view older recommendations, log in to your account and select "View All" in the "Recommendations" tile.

• Why does the label say "store at room temperature" when it says the product is heat sensitive at Wellevate?

  Wellevate states that this is because the product should be kept at room temperature during shipping to help ensure product integrity. Gel capsules, gummies, and chocolate-containing products are some examples of such items. They recommend following the storage instructions on the product label. For maximum potency, you may want to refrigerate heat-sensitive products as soon as you receive them. If the gel caps are warm, they may be refrigerated for an hour or two after receipt.

• One of my items from Wellevate is heat sensitive, will it be affected during shipping?

  To protect products that need to be shipped in cool environments (perishables and frozen items), it recommends that heat-sensitive products be shipped in next-day air freight. Wellevate will definitely take special measures to help protect any heat-sensitive items. Ice packs melt during shipping and are designed to keep the product cool for as long as possible so that the product retains its potency.
